3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access our courses, you must create an account by providing:

• Your full name
• A valid email address

• Contact phone number (optional)

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Account Restrictions

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Course Pricing

All courses are priced at 200,000 UGX unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but enrolled students will not be affected by price changes.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through Flutterwave, including:

• MTN Mobile Money
• Airtel Money
• Visa/Mastercard

4.3 Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled securely by Flutterwave. By making a payment, you agree to Flutterwave's terms and conditions.

4.4 Access to Courses

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• Immediate access to all course materials
• Lifetime access to the enrolled course
• All future updates to the course content

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy under the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed
• No assignments have been submitted
• No certificate has been issued

Note: Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.

6. Course Content and Materials

6.1 Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, images, code samples, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Thirdsan Digital and is protected by copyright laws.

6.2 Permitted Use

You may:

• Access course materials for personal learning
• Download resources for offline study
• Practice with provided code samples

6.3 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell course content
• Record, screenshot, or reproduce course materials
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use course content for commercial purposes without permission
• Remove watermarks or copyright notices

7. Certificates

Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a certificate that:

• Confirms your completion of the course
• Includes a unique verification code
• Can be shared on LinkedIn and other platforms

Certificates are issued when you have:

• Completed all video lessons
• Passed all quizzes with 80% or higher
• Submitted all required assignments

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Attempt to hack or compromise our systems
• Upload malicious software or viruses
• Use automated tools to access our services
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Impersonate others

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at enterprise@thirdsan.com. Upon termination, you will lose access to all course materials.

9.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Abuse or misuse our services
• Fail to pay for services

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Educational Content

Our courses are provided for educational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that course content will lead to specific career outcomes or financial gains.

10.2 No Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• Our servers are free of viruses or harmful components

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thirdsan Digital Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Loss of goodwill
• Business interruption

12. Changes to Terms
